Aquí tenemos los pantalones que hemos cortado y luego abierto siguiendo las costuras
Those are some photos that show how we cut the jeans and opened them following the needlework
Elige la tela que más te guste (yo la corté en forma de cuadrado porque tenía pensado hacer unos pliegues)
Choose the fabric that you like (I cut it in a square form)
Colocamos uno de los angulos del cuadrado dándole forma a los pliegues (recuerda: hay que hacer un corte en las costuras que forman la parte delantera y trasera del tejano para evitar que se levante la tela)
Put one of the angles of the square fabric and make two pleats (remember: you have to cut a little bit both the front and the back seams of the jeans to avoid raising the fabric)
Pasamos a usar la máquina de coser (recuerda: cortar la tela sobrante y darle una pasada con zig-zag para que no se deshilache la tela)

Lo último que queda por hacer es coser el dobladillo para que quede todo fabulosamente bien. He de deciros que si tenéis una maquina de coser básica habrán algunas costuras que costaran hacer (recuerda usar la aguja adecuada que te puedes cargar la máquina), yo he tenido que hacer algunas a mano, pero no ha quedado mal, no?
Finally you have to sew the hem. I have to tell you that i have a basic sewing machine, that’s why I had to do some hand stitching (remember to use the correct needle), but that’s not a problem because the result is ok, isn’t it?
